Delete your SnapHook account

You can delete your account and data at any time. You don't need to reinstall the app.

Delete it in the app

1. Open SnapHook and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab (Settings › Account).
3. Tap Delete account, below Sign out.
4. Confirm, then sign in again with Apple or Google so we know it's you.

Your account is deleted right away.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel SnapHook Plus in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions.

Can't open the app? Email us

Email privacy@snaphookapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my SnapHook account. Include your @username if you know it. We'll confirm the account is yours, delete it within [30] days, and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your login, profile, @username and profile photo or avatar
• Friends, friend requests and blocked list
• World Map presence and public profile card
• Rounds, scores and stats
• Timeline posts, stories, Cuts, playlists, events and pages you own
• Photos you uploaded and messages you sent

What may be kept

• Shared match scorecards stay with the other players, with your name removed.
• Abuse reports may be kept for safety and legal reasons.
• Anonymous course corrections and caddy tips that contain no personal data.
• Backups can take up to [30] days to clear.
• Purchase records Apple, Google or Stripe must keep for tax and legal reasons.
